If you have already been economically approved then it is simply a matter of including the property details and arranging a valuation of the property. Valuations generally take approximately seven working days to complete and cost approximately 300 Euros. The valuation is arranged by the bank.The valuation is not a structural survey; it will not check the condition of the pipes or whether the roof leaks.

If you prefer to do everything at the same time you will need to provide the income information outlined in the mortgage checklist. The bank will also check with the local land registry to find out the legal condition of the property. i.e. if there are any charges or liens etc.
